Our notes
These rangers are the latest boots to land in our collection.
Designed to be a rugged boot you can depend on for years.
Cut with our signature Italian vegan leather with 69% bio-based content. The uppers have been double and triple stitched into a classic 7-eye boot silhouette.
Your feet sit on deep squishy recycled insoles resting on solid rubber (with recycled content) and outsoles with a chunky deep tread. You can wear these walking on or off-road, doing your day-to-day, or pack them in your bag for your next epic trip.
The laces are our new extra strong format made from recycled polyester with metal lace tips. They're sized long enough to wrap them around the backs through the lace loops.
Inside we've lined these boots with two types of vegan suede. The vegan suede helps air circulate inside the boots and makes a lovely place to nestle your feet.
They've been finished with an embroidered WVS pull tab made from recycled polyester and WVS emboss on the tongue and outsole.

Absolutely love these boots. Have tried vegan options from Doc Martens and Solovair and these boots are superior to both in every way. Have worn daily for 3 months without issue.
At first I thought I had bought a great looking boot, but now after a year and a couple of months of occasional wear the boots are starting to fall apart. Both upper boots are coming off their soles and the inner lining is starting to dissolve. Unfortunately the boots are not as durable as advertised...
"Designed to be a rugged boot you can depend on for years".
I bought these in the hopes to have a good looking, professional shoe that could withstand being used for more walking than the average office job.
At first it started with the faux leather wearing on the inside of the left shoe, which is odd because there wasn't a corresponding wear patch on the right shoe to indicate that I was rubbing them together, and I wear shoe covers for more than half the day at work too.
Then the soles started to come away from both of the shoes, followed by a lace hook breaking with the faux leather it had been stamped through.
At first I was offered a gift card, which would have been fine to buy replacements, but unfortunately they're out of stock again. So I asked for a repair, which they wouldn't do. They did offer to pay for a repair within reason, but resoling the shoes alone would likely costs over half of the original price, let alone the other issues, if they even could be fixed.
Finally after 3 days of asking, I have received a refund. Which is why it's not a 1 star review.
This could be a bad order batch, but unfortunately it's the only one I can base my opinion on for these over £100 shoes lasting as long as cheap Primark versions have in my past
Great quality and look. Just what I was looking for in some cool looking vegan boots.
I bought a pair of Strider Boots in 2018. They are extraordinarily comfortable and robust. I have basically two pairs of shoes: summer sneakers (from Brighton's Vegetarian Shoes) and winter boots (Will) so I've been wearing them quite a lot. I've had the soles repaired once or twice and I'm still wearing them. My shoe repairer is amazed by the quality of both those pairs of shoes, as fake leather are generally bad quality. I love the boots so much I decided to get a new pair in case production ceases some day. I got the Rangers, which seem to be the replacement to the Striders with a few improvements. I think I liked the Striders sole better visually but never mind. Also they looked thinner. The rangers look more massive, make greater feet. I think it's a matter of shape more than a matter of size because I ordered the same size. They look more like Doc Martens. I guess I'll get used to it. I'll probably be keeping them in a closet for a year or two since the Striders are still doing well. Best shoes ever.
